Replacing the front panel

After completion of the floor, it was time to put the front panel back on. This did require a bit of trimming along the angle side to get the fit perfect. We also placed the window in the frame from time to time to make sure it set back in easily.

Something I didn't mention and I don't know if it really will make a difference is I sprayed all the floor joists with FlexSeal. You can see in the picture above that the 2 x 2 that runs along the bottom is black, that's why.

It took all three of us to get these panels back on.

As we worked on the front panels and both front corners, we also dry fitted the door to make sure we hadn't gotten off too bad somewhere.

It turned out looking pretty good, if you disregard that one wonky looking board on the small panel. Now that I have that fixed, I can move on to re-skinning it.
