Air conditioner shroud

The shroud for the air conditioner had several huge holes in it. The screws that held it on were also covered in roofing sealant. I finally had to take the zip wheel and make a line across the head of the screw and use a big freaking screwdriver to get them out.

Once I had it off, I tried to make a "guide" of sorts for the fiberglass repair. I also used the fiberglass sheets and resin to repair the holes. The plastic was so brittle, it could not stand hardly any manipulation. At the end of it all, I finally covered the entire thing with a layer of resin.
